Mára is beautiful and exceptionally delicate. Faith's voice is one of my favorite aspects of Mamiffer, so it's lovely to hear a more stripped down and intimate version of that. These songs may be brief, but that's a part of their charm.
Favorite track: Love and Infinity.
A delicate gem amidst popular push, 'Surfacing' requests a patient listener. Faith's fragile vocals are as glass here: vulnerable, yet sharp enough to pierce the thickest heart. Though brief in duration, it provides the exact dose to leave you begging for more heartache.
Favorite track: Sant'Elia a Pianisi.

This is simply Mamiffer's most immersive and most coherent album : the atmospheres are perfects from beginning to end, the musical textures unbelievably organic, the equilibrium softly preserved between post-metal guitars, experimental noise and the sheer beauty of Coloccia's ethereal voice and piano. An experience I deeply recommend ! jcthnawn
This album single-handedly restored my faith in heavy music. By the end of Image of Control it will have run the gamut of sonic creativity, emotional expression, technicality and groove pretty much unparalleled in its tastefulness. The rest of the record cements that a thousandfold. It is a perfect melting pot of everything worthy preserving & developing in metal and beyond. It is musically & stylistically mature, raw, gripping and so, so powerful. Pick it up & be inspired. suuri_talo
